Return or Exchange An Item

It is possible for you to exchange an item in our store. Please bring along your printed packing receipt within 28 days for exchange or credit note.

If you would like to return an item a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be requested from Nude Jewellery within 7 days of receipt of item. Email info@nudejewellery.co.uk to obtain this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside package, items must be recieved within 14 day's after obtaining the RMA.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Nude cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

Once you have packaged the item safely send it back to the following address:

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
