This striking wide-band ring is meticulously crafted in our London studio, featuring a solid 9ct gold sphere created through the intricate process of granulation — an ancient technique that involves heating gold until it forms a perfect, seamless orb.

The wide sterling silver band is individually hammered, giving the metal a subtle, light-catching texture that contrasts beautifully with the smooth lustre of the gold. Suspended by the natural tension of the band and then soldered into place, the gold granule creates a bold focal point in this contemporary, sculptural design.
