The Mini Alto is a signature design from our Alto Collection — a delicate silver disc set with a single 3mm ivory freshwater cultured pearl, framed by a fine circle of hand-applied millgrain beading. It’s the kind of detail you notice up close: understated from a distance, beautifully crafted in hand.

Handmade in our London and Surrey studio by designer-jeweller Nikki Galloway, each pair is finished to a precise, polished standard that belies its modest scale.
