The Mini Alto is a signature design from our Alto Collection — a delicate silver disc set with a single 3mm brilliant-cut white topaz, framed by a fine circle of hand-applied millgrain beading. The faceted stone catches the light beautifully, adding a subtle sparkle to a clean, understated silhouette.

Handmade in our London and Surrey studio by designer-jeweller Nikki Galloway, each pair is finished to a precise, polished standard.
