We often set our emeralds in 18ct yellow gold to enhance their natural warmth, or platinum for a sharp, modern contrast. Every emerald engagement ring in our collection is made using 100% recycled precious metals, ensuring your jewellery is as kind to the planet as it is beautiful.
Choosing the Perfect Emerald
Emeralds are famous for their "jardin" (the natural internal inclusions that look like a garden). When selecting an emerald engagement ring, we look for stones with a rich, balanced saturation. As a delicate gemstone (Mohs 7.5–8), we recommend protective settings—such as our signature asymmetrical clusters or rub-over bezels—to ensure your ring is durable enough for daily wear. Every ring is designed by Nikki Galloway and handcrafted in our Surrey workshop.
