  • I have never bought designer jewellery online: How can I be sure I will be happy with my purchase?

    We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery with photograph's, detailed descriptions and measurements. If you would like to return a piece, you have seven days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will be happy to refund your payment.*



  • Are the stones real?

    Yes they are. Nude Jewellery only sells jewellery made with real precious or semi precious stones. All jewellery that include diamonds will have a clear description of carat, colour and clarity.


  • I saw a piece of jewellery on your website a while ago and now I cannot find it, What should I do?

    Please call our customer service team on 07957 371 254 and we will do our best to get the piece for you.


  • How long will I have to wait for a custom made, bespoke piece of jewellery? How do I pay for it?

    We will pre-arrange a time frame for your piece to be made to your specifications and to suit you. Usually a piece will take around 4 - 6 weeks, although for more complicated bespoke pieces it could take longer. However if you have an urgent deadline, we will be happy to discuss your needs. We accept all major credit cards.


  • Is it possible to modify your jewellery so it fits me perfectly?

    Yes, Please feel free to come to our jewellery boutique in central London, Mayfair with its in-house workshop and we will be happy to alter the piece for you, or we can discuss alterations over the phone or via email, should you prefer.


  • Will my item come in a box?

    Yes, all items are presented in our own Nude Jewellery gift box.


  • Is gift wrapping available?

    Yes, Gift wrapping is available free of charge on all items over one hundred pounds in value, for smaller items an additional charge of two pounds will be added.


  • Are the products pictured actual size?

    Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the internet. We do however include a detail description with each individual piece. If you have an other further queries please do not hesitate in contacting our customer service team on 07957 371 254.

  • Can I order from overseas?

    Yes, place your order online. Your price will be shown in Pounds Sterling. There is no extra charge for this. We use current exchange rates. The delivery charge for overseas destinations is from £14.


  • What is Nude Contemporary Jewellery's standing on conflict diamonds?

    The issue of conflict diamonds and the origins of precious stones has to date been very much a trade concern. However as public awareness of the plight of some war torn countries increases it is becoming a frequent enquiry for our customers. Nude Contemporary Jewellery's stance on this issue is firm. We request that all our diamond suppliers invoice us with the following statement....

    "The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations Resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds."

         This guarantees to us that all the diamonds that we receive are conflict free.

  • What if I want my jewellery NOW?

    Call us on 07957 371 254. We understand that you may need that certain special piece of jewellery right away. If you live in London, call us and we can arrange immediate delivery. Depending on the distance there may be an extra charge for this. If you live in the UK but outside of London then we can still get your jewellery to you before 9am the next morning if you arrange this with us before hand.


  • I don't have time to shop, can you recommend gifts for me?

    Yes, email us your wish list and who you are looking to purchase gifts for and we will provide you with ideas and possible pieces. This can all be done quickly and easily.


  • I am a man and I need to buy a gift for a female family member, can you help?

    Yes, Please call 07957 371 254 or email us [email protected] Tell us broadly what you are looking for and the price range and we will suggest appropriate gifts. If for any reason the recipient of your gift does not like your gift then she can exchange or return it or alternatively you can pop into our central London boutique to view the pieces yourself.


  • I need to buy an engagement ring, can you help me?

    Yes, Please call 07957 371 254 and we can discuss your requirements and help you find the perfect ring. Alternatively we can create the perfect ring to your specific requirements choosing from a wide range of metals, settings and stones, see our Bespoke Jewellery page for more information.


  • Do you do gifts for men?

    Yes, Please see our category for him.


  • Do you do gift vouchers?

    Yes, currently Nude Contemporary Jewellery does gift vouchers to the value of £25, £50, £100, £250, £500 & £1,000. These can be purchased in multiples if required.


  • How long will my packages take and how will they be shipped?

    We use Royal Mail Special delivery. Your package will arrive next day if ordered before 2pm Monday - Thursday. You will need to be there to sign for your package. We use this service so that our parcels are insured.


  • Can I ship my order to a location outside of the UK?

    Yes, Please contact us or email to arrange overseas delivery, an additional cost will be charged to you depending on the distance the package will be traveling.


  • How can I check the process of an order?

  • If I order an item that is out of stock when can I expect it?

    Most of the jewellery you see on the web site will be in stock but due to popularity some pieces may need to be re ordered. In this situation we will make ever effort that it will be as soon as possible. Normally 1-3 weeks.


  • What is your returns policy?

    If you would like to return a piece, you have seven days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will be happy to refund your payment, please note this only applies to jewellery purchased via website for purchases made at the boutique a credit note will be provided for the value of the piece purchased.
