We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery with photograph's, detailed descriptions and measurements. If you would like to return a piece, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will be happy to refund your payment.

Please note we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for  jewellery made-to-order, altered or sized.

Yes they are. Nude Jewellery only sells jewellery made with real precious or semi precious stones. All jewellery that include diamonds will have a clear description of carat, colour and clarity.

We will pre-arrange a time frame for your piece to be made to your specifications and to suit you. Usually a piece will take around 4 - 6 weeks, although for more complicated bespoke pieces it could take longer. However if you have an urgent deadline, we will be happy to discuss your needs. We accept all major credit cards.

Yes, all items are presented in our own Nude Jewellery gift box.

Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the internet. We do however include a detail description with each individual piece. If you have an other further queries please do not hesitate in contacting our customer service team on 07957 371 254.

Yes, place your order online. Your price will be shown in Pounds Sterling. There is no extra charge for this. We use current exchange rates. Delivery overseas costs £14 to Europe, £19 for the rest of the world.

  • The issue of conflict diamonds and the origins of precious stones has to date been very much a trade concern. However as public awareness of the plight of some war torn countries increases it is becoming a frequent enquiry for our customers. Nude Contemporary Jewellery's stance on this issue is firm. We request that all our diamond suppliers invoice us with the following statement....

    "The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations Resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds."

         This guarantees to us that all the diamonds that we receive are conflict free.

Yes, currently Nude Contemporary Jewellery does gift vouchers to the value of £25, £50, £100, £250, £500 & £1,000. These can be purchased in multiples if required.

We use Royal Mail Special delivery. Your package will arrive next day if ordered before 1pm Monday - Thursday. You will need to be there to sign for your package. We use this service so that our parcels are insured.

Most of the jewellery you see on the web site will be in stock but due to popularity some pieces may need to be re ordered or made. In this situation we will make ever effort that it will be as soon as possible. Normally 1-3 weeks.
