We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery with photograph's, detailed descriptions and measurements. If you would like to return a piece, you have seven days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will be happy to refund your payment.*
How long will I have to wait for a custom made, bespoke piece of jewellery? How do I pay for it?
We will pre-arrange a time frame for your piece to be made to your specifications and to suit you. Usually a piece will take around 4 - 6 weeks, although for more complicated bespoke pieces it could take longer. However if you have an urgent deadline, we will be happy to discuss your needs. We accept all major credit cards.
Is it possible to modify your jewellery so it fits me perfectly?
Yes, Please feel free to come to our jewellery boutique in central London, Mayfair with its in-house workshop and we will be happy to alter the piece for you, or we can discuss alterations over the phone or via email, should you prefer.
Are the products pictured actual size?
Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the internet. We do however include a detail description with each individual piece. If you have an other further queries please do not hesitate in contacting our customer service team on 020 7629 8999.
What is Nude Contemporary Jewellery's standing on conflict diamonds?
The issue of conflict diamonds and the origins of precious stones has to date been very much a trade concern. However as public awareness of the plight of some war torn countries increases it is becoming a frequent enquiry for our customers. Nude Contemporary Jewellery's stance on this issue is firm. We request that all our diamond suppliers invoice us with the following statement....
"The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations Resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds."
This guarantees to us that all the diamonds that we receive are conflict free.

What if I want my jewellery NOW?
Call us on 020 7629 8999. We understand that you may need that certain special piece of jewellery right away. If you live in London, call us and we can arrange immediate delivery. Depending on the distance there may be an extra charge for this. If you live in the UK but outside of London then we can still get your jewellery to you before 9am the next morning if you arrange this with us before hand.
I don't have time to shop, can you recommend gifts for me?
Yes, email us your wish list and who you are looking to purchase gifts for and we will provide you with ideas and possible pieces. This can all be done quickly and easily.
I am a man and I need to buy a gift for a female family member, can you help?

If for any reason the recipient of your gift does not like your gift then she can exchange or return it or alternatively you can pop into our central London boutique to view the pieces yourself.

Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes, currently Nude Contemporary Jewellery does gift vouchers to the value of £25, £50, £100, £250, £500 & £1,000. These can be purchased in multiples if required.
Can I ship my order to a location outside of the UK?
Yes, Please contact us or email to arrange overseas delivery, an additional cost will be charged to you depending on the distance the package will be traveling.
